Fine-grained stage 230 then receives one of the output signals of coarse-grained stage 210 as input and generates a digital signal that represents the delay of the input signal for a shorter delay range (e.g., four to five nanoseconds). Thus, fine-grained stage 230 performs a more accurate readout of the input signal. The output signal that is generated from coarse-grained stage 210 may be input to digital circuit 130. The other output signals are input to other timing components that are outside of the scope of this disclosure

The ‘relocation allowance’ is similar to a relocation payment, but the concept of ‘removal’ refers to a move to a new job. It does not include a move to a new location within a company or to a different company.
